Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 5kbd platform and its users. 5kbd is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳42,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be used only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be cashed out or transferred until the wagering requirement is met.
• Unused bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
• 5kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be closed.

VIP Program

5kbd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback increases as you move up from lower to higher tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 5kbd are conducted under a fair play policy. Each game has its own detailed rules, which can be found on the relevant game page.

General Gaming Rules

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the bet will be returned.
• If the internet connection is lost, the player's bet will be saved on the server and the result will apply once the connection is restored.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, the game provider's log will be considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned in sports betting, bets will be settled in accordance with 5kbd's policy.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Market information is used for illustrative purposes only — no live or specific match information is provided.

Live Casino

In live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo), bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a betting round has begun. The game may be temporarily suspended if any disruption occurs to the live stream.

• Operating multiple accounts.

Account Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You should withdraw your balance before closing the account. Any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
